1. Wash your hands thoroughly before starting.

2. Take out the pre-shaped cake pops from the package and place them on a clean surface.

3. Microwave the melting chocolates in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Ask an adult to help you. Decrease microwave time as chocolate becomes smoother.

4. Dip the cake pop stick about ½ inch into the melted chocolate, then insert it halfway into each cake pop. Let it set completely.

5. Once the chocolate on the stick is hard, hold a cake pop by the stick and dip it into the melted chocolate. Rotate gently to coat the entire cake pop. Tap the lollipop stick on the edge of the bowl to remove any excess chocolate.

6. If you want to add sprinkles, do it quickly before the chocolate hardens. Sprinkle them over the cake pop while it's still wet.

7. Place the decorated cake pop on the cake pop stand to let the chocolate set. Make sure the stick goes into the stand so it stays upright. Repeat this step for all the cake pops.

8. Leave the cake pops on the stand until the chocolate is completely hardened. This might take around 10 minutes depending on room temperature.

9. Once the chocolate is set, carefully remove the cake pops from the stand and place them in a container or wrap them individually in plastic wrap.

10. Store the cake pops in an airtight/sealed container or freezer bag to enjoy later. They can last up to a month in the freezer or up to 2 weeks in the fridge.
